the will) had a close relationships with the 
Snelgroves because he is mentioned in their wills as executor. Ann 
Thacker Snelgrove's mother and step father Richard Mullens were from 
Sturminster, Dorset and James Snelgrove was probably from Winbourne, 
Dorset (now spelled Wimbourn). James' will says something about leaving 
money with ? Butts of Winbourn. Speculation of course.
